Legal You October 2021 Main banner2

In this edition of Legal&You we offer you guidance on how to care for yourself mentally and physically.

Throughout this year we have faced many challenges and dealt with a lot of uncertainty. As the vaccinated population increases and we are able to start returning to normality many of us need to confront the trauma we may still be dealing with after losing our health, loved ones and jobs or facing limitations on our lifestyle due to lockdown regulations.

We have prepared articles to help you identify signs of emotional, social and psychological illness; understanding and managing arthritis; protecting your health through a whole food diet; and why you should plan ahead and prepare a last will and testament.

We are also excited to announce the prizes winners in our recent “Win a Holiday” competition, including runner’s up who are taking home a brand new iPhone and shopping vouchers to the value of R3 000.

Regards,
